Yoga Workshop – BREATHING FOR MAXIMISING HEALTH AND WELL BEING **

Enhance your emotional wellbeing and enrich your life with the power of breathing, chanting, mediation and music.
 
Vick and Ron from Medicine music will be coming to Illawong on Saturday 27 August at 3pm till 5pm.
They will explain and demonstrate the therapeutic power of music on your mind, body and emotions. Open up your lungs to fresh oxygen and life. This enriching session will be healing, uplifting and inspirational. You will leave feeling refreshed and clear minded. Perfect for any body needing some stress release. It is also an opportunity to really embrace all that is good and just live in the present moment absorbing oxygen and lots of positive energy.
 

Saturday : 27 August
Time : 3pm till 5pm
Cost : $24.00  or 2 classes off your 10 visit yoga pass (working out at $12.00 per hour)

Yoga Workshop - LIVE YOGA NIDRA : with Dana, Vicki and Ron
YOGA NIDRA (relaxation ) is a profound experience of peace for mind and body. It is time out to relax and just be. Lying down with your spine in a straight line, listen, breath and let go. Enjoy the LIVE yoga nidra experience.  Keeping yourself relaxed can add so much joy and happiness to your life. Learning to let go of negative thoughts and feelings has a very positive affect on your body. You will experience peace naturally. Yoga nidra is healing, picks up your energy, lowers stress and leaves you feeling revitalized and refreshed. Suitable for every body.
 
Tuesday : 9 August
Time : 7.20pm till 8pm. Join our yoga class at 6.30pm and the yoga nidra / relaxation will follow from 7.20pm till 8pm.
Cost : The 40 minute yoga nidra session is gold coin donation
